PRICES OF PRODUCTS

All prices presented in the online store include VAT. which applies. These prices refer to the quantities available in our physical store, while boutarikosmimata.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices, at any time you deem necessary. The prices between the physical store and the online store may differ.

Wedding Rings: In case you wish the above product to be sent to you by cash on delivery, at least 50% of the value must be paid with the order, as a down payment, as they are produced exclusively for you at your request at declared size.

QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • AVAILABILITY

For all the products contained in the boutarikosmimata.gr catalogs there are clear indications for the availability of our warehouse. This way you will be able to very easily determine before placing your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and immediately deliverable, which products are not immediately available. Nevertheless, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses, and we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone, within a reasonable time, to inform you of the possible time of receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you have the possibility, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question. In any other case, we contact you by phone within one working day of placing your order. There is a chance that a product may be out of stock before the online store is informed. In this case we will contact you to consider an alternative solution or to cancel your order if you so wish.

In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses. In addition, we provide you with the possibility to choose, if you wish to receive all the products that may, due to their different availability, have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver them to the courier service or to you receive in installments the time-dependent items that can be delivered to you.

  • FORCE MAJEURE

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, theft or loss of a parcel, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can notify us if you wish, under ‘ these conditions, the completion of your order.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS – PRODUCT EXCHANGE

PRODUCT RETURN: In the event of a real defect or a lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge to a) repair of the product or b) its replacement or c) a reduction of the price proportional to the defect or d) withdrawal from the sale. The consumer has the right to demand the correction or replacement of the product if:

  • The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. a different item from the one ordered or the wrong quantity or a defective product or damaged packaging is delivered.
  • The consumer should contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on phone 2591023175 or email: boutarikosmimata@gmail.com, in order to point out the problem and approve its return.< /li>

In any case, if it is a product that does not correspond to the order, it must not have been used, it must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (receipt of purchase, guarantee, instructions for use) and in its original packaging exactly as it was received.

Returns are made with the postal company that we will indicate to you for our customers and at the expense of the store.

REFUND: You have the right to return or exchange the products you have purchased, without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 days from the date of receipt, together with with their packaging and accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, etc.).

You also have the possibility to change the product within 14 working days of receiving it with any other piece of jewelry – watch of your choice, of the same value as the first or greater.

In any case, however, you bear the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.

Returns in this case are only accepted if:

  • The product has not been worn further than the test.
  • The product is in its packaging and in the condition it was delivered to you.
  • All accompanying products such as box, bag, warranty, instructions for use and proof of purchase are returned as they are part of the product.
  • It is well packed so that it will not be damaged during transport.
  • Applies to a product that has NOT been customized, such as wedding rings, or conversions, or a product that is not in our catalog.

Jewellery, watches or for the rest products from our online store that are returned and do not meet the above product return terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at their own expense.

In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another, the store will pay the amount of your order within 14 working days from the day of receipt to your bank account, simply indicating to us the IBAN of your account. The shipping and return costs of your order will be deducted from the amount deposited into your account.

Jewelry – watches modified in terms of size or length, etc. according to the order and at the direction of the customer, are not returned.

The shop boutarikosmimata.gr bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the shop boutarikosmimata.gr has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial offset of his claim against the client’s claim.

In case of timely cancellation of the order, the money will be returned depending on the way the transaction was completed and the payment was made. In particular, transactions using a credit card will be canceled while in the case of cash on delivery, the money will be deposited into the account indicated by the customer.
